Chef Carl, considered a pizza revolutionary, a pioneer in taking pizza into new taste, other rooms, other time of day, Breakfast pizza—sure, Desert pizza—how about Key Lime Pie Pizza? He’ll even bring his full pizza  road show to your home parties, to your home parties, complete with full-scale oven set up in your yard, garden, or patio. He’ll also bake in your oven if you prefer.  Of course, Chef Carl will cater to traditional tastes in pizza, also.

On his PBS series from New Orleans, Chef Carl became known for culinary exploit from Tex-Mex, Spicy Thai Chicken Pizza with Peanut Sauce, and many other gourmet, upscale recipes. There's even a Georgia Flair in his Focaccia with Peach Topping.

Chef Carl has led the way in turning pizza on its head, as noted in the “Industry's Best Pizza” contest first place prize.
